There is a big misconception mislead by mass media and other UN-RELIABLE sources that seem to make yet another plant put on this earth by the will of GOD illegal. for those who really want to know what Kratom is, by proven scientific facts and testimony's of those who use it you need to reed this post!  Also we want to hear your story so please comment to tell us your experience. and share this post with your friends positive force do have an effect.

First off this plant is an indigenous tree native to Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Borneo, etc.). Its botanical name is Mitragyna Speciosa. Kratom is in the same family as the coffee tree (Rubiaceae). The leaves of Kratom have been used as an herbal remedy from time immemorial by peoples of Southeast Asia and been in use for thousands of years.


First You must understand Mass media, politicians, and law makers have a reason for saying negative thing and slandering and defacing the good nature of so many things that can benefit humans. for example  free water, raw milk, organic foods, marijuana, food that is not genetically modified, or chemically induced, and Kratom. So why do they take these things and deem them as bad? That's right Money! not only for the common idea that it's not under control to be taxed, but politicians look good in the eyes of the public when they stand up against something portrayed as bad or evil making them look just like some sort of home town hero yet they could really give 2 shits about it.. Also they like to trick us on purpose by using Semantics. Semantics is the branch of linguistics and logic concerned with meaning basically developing a word that sounds really bad when it is not like killing innocent people was called killing "insurgents" you will see some below as I point them out. And Why is it a crime and its is considered a crime and evil to collect rain water?  I mean come on people!

The pen is mightier then the sword laws are written that bind us from our free will and god given rights. So is evil collecting rain water? apparently you lose your life, liberty, and freedom behind bars if you do. but if it is FDA approved then it should be glorious to give our young children oxy-cotton right  I mean its only been deemed as a drug that has become a bigger epidemic then meth. What's bad is being dependent on opiates and pain killers to survive, What's bad that when it coms down to it there bill fold and image! that is always more important then you or I. Would you give a stranger your wallet? What is evil is a that pharmaceutical company's are a billon dollar industry and a majority of the people who sit in office for our great country are affiliated, part of, or even CEO's of these companies poisoning and polluting us but it is legal... " Evil comes in many shades". If you have read this far good job people don't read any more which causes a lack of intelligence. The more uniformed and for a lack of better words dumb downed a mass of people would be more easy to control " remember the dark ages". People believe what they hear and what is sociably accepted by the ones we vote for and are supposed to trust. when was the last time you trusted a complete stranger? fear is a tool that is used against and forced upon us today in our real world. do your own research people and find out the truth as if you where trying to find out stole your car keys!

The truth, True Facts

1)  First of all it is not a relatively new drug. Mitragyna Speciosa (Kratom) was first formally   described and founded by the Dutch colonial botanist Pieter Korthals in 1839. as well as being used in southeast Asia for hundreds of years before that.



2) The Tibetan people and Monks have used this plant for healing (click here) for full page and details ( and I can grantee from testimony and experience it does not help with diarrhea, but good job at starting to discredit this plant).



3) third why do they use a play on words saying (Semantics) its a tree and the drug? as if the tree itself has to undergo some process to become a drug? well it does not, like coffee as the definition that has been in writing since Webster was invented you consume this harmless leaf in moderation by eating it or by boiling it like tea with hot water.  Here is yet another misleading claim:

It is not yet illegal in the US but the breakdown products of Kratom can be detected with some drug tests. Because of its legality, the drug tends to be more popular among young people who cannot yet buy alcohol and who may be concerned about being arrested with weed or other drugs.

The Truth, True Facts

1) First and for most from experience I can tell you  KRATOM DOES NOT GET YOU HIGH!,  THIS IS NOT AN ALTERNITIVE TO MAIRUJANA, OR ANY OTHER DRUG USED FOR RECREATION! and as many of the people below have commented to support this claim. to much of anything is bad and like everything can and will make you feel sick for an hour or two.

 

2) as with anything you drink to much coffee you will most likely be tweaking your butt off and crash with a head ache. As with opiate drugs that have no ceiling or threshold as but have half life which makes a person take more to get a more euphoric effect causing a person to overdose and be hospitalized  Kratom does. One teaspoon or 2 to 3 grams is all that is needed boiled as a tea or consumed and taking more will not change the effect making it greater, you have one effect,  it makes you feel no more no less and if you go over that you feel a little sick just as if you drank 6 cups of coffee!

When people who have no idea and are just told that something is bad and develop negative information that is then passed to our children that it is like some new "designer drug" and end up with a massive head ache and noxious stomach well you can thank the people who gave them bad information. test have been done that produce the same effect and feelings of noxiousness if you where to consume the same amounts in large quantity's of green tea, coffee, black tea, lavender teas etc.

And here is What else they Claim

Kratom is included in a newly-defined class of drug called New Psychoactive Substances, so-named by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. In the 2013 World Drug Report, Kratom is on this list along with what (another plant, this one from East Africa), Salvia divinorum (a plant that is widely available in the US), and synthetics ketamine, ephedrine, K2, Spice and others. Many of these drugs are not yet illegal in the US and Europe, despite their dangerous and addictive effects.
Even when a drug sends people to the emergency room and even when it is known to be addictive, it takes time to collect and compile all the scientific information that supports a legislative ban.
Kratom has sent some people to emergency rooms and there have been calls to poison control centers in the US. Most of the adverse effects of this drug have been felt in Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand where it is heavily used. The drug is illegal in Thailand. In Thailand in 2011, more than 13,000 people were arrested for Kratom-related crimes (5% of all drug-related crimes in that country).
The drug is abused for its sedative or stimulating effects. At low dosages, it is a stimulant, making a person more talkative, sociable and energetic. At higher dosages, it creates lethargy and euphoria. But the experience is not pleasant for every user.

1)  A psychoactive drug, psycho-pharmaceutical, or psychotropic is a chemical substance that changes brain function and results in alterations in perception, mood, or consciousness. need I say more these words are describing everything we eat such as chocolate, coffee, Sugar this check out what this big scary word actually means (click here)

 

2) This really chaps my hide saying that is in the same category and relatively comparing it to

  Salvia divinorum (a plant that is widely available in the US), and synthetics ketamine, ephedrine, K2, Spice which every one of these listed is a combination of plants and derivatives made into processed chemicals that have no purpose but alter ones mind and do so poorly and with irreparable side effects some that can be permanent. they are comparing gasoline to water with these semantics.

Here is the garbage they claim to be the adverse effects:

This drug only began to be seen in the US in 2012, but it is easy to obtain online. Many smoke shops, “head shops,” convenience stores and gas stations sell this drug.
A person using this drug may not expect or want the following undesirable effects of Kratom:

1. Edginess, nervousness
2. Vomiting (can be severe and prolonged)
3. Nausea (can be severe and prolonged)
4. Sweating
5. Itching
6. Constipation
7. Delusions
8. Lethargy
9. Respiratory depression
10. Tremors
11. Aggressive or combative behavior
12. Psychotic episodes
13. Hallucinations
14. Paranoia

 

1) What they fail to mention here is that if you consume to much some of these effect will occur. Also fail to mention they only last about an hour are two in some cases a few more. Again information comparing this plant to real drugs, people would assume you could eat a cup full of this stuff will get one high but it will not get you high!

 

2) it does not have but three of these side effects and they only occur if you consume more then what is recommended. nausea, vomiting, tremors below I will explain the real side effects.

Here is another misleading bit of information

Since the drug is also addictive, one of the effects can include compulsive use of the drug despite the harm that is being done to one’s mental state or life.
Addiction effects may include:

1. Loss of sexual desire
2. Loss of weight
3. Darkening of skin on face
4. Constant cravings that drive one to use more of the drug.

1) this is not addictive it is actually acquired most people do not enjoy it below I will explain why but this plant is not addictive and does not get you high!

AND TOTAL BULLSHIT HERE:

Withdrawal effects of Kratom are very similar to those of opiates like heroin or prescription painkillers.
They include:

1. Diarrhea
2. Muscle pain
3. Muscle tremors and jerking
4. Restlessness and sleeplessness
5. Severe depression
6. Crying
7. Episodes of panic
8. Sudden swings of mood
9. Irritability

1) has no with draw effects!

At this point in the US, the numbers are not large for people going to the emergency room with these adverse effects. But the drug is new to this country. If people are not educated about the adverse effects that can be suffered, including addiction, then the drug may become more popular and more damage may be seen.

1) what they fail to mention is that kids and other people who have only herd this is a drug assume it is like a narcotic and from a drug users perspective consume way to much thinking they will get high and end up feeling sick. not to mention that drug users have an addictive personality and triaght  to begin with that's why they use drugs in the first place.
